Q: Why is WorkSpace saying that I am not licensed for the Portal?

A: If you have purchased WorkSpace Portal, verify that the client portal is enabled in the global settings. Go to Setup > My Company > Information & Settings and click on the Integrations button. Verify that the Portal API Key has been entered.
