Q: Some staff have a Project column on their time sheet, but I don’t. How do I turn it on?

A: You can choose which columns are available by opening the time sheet options menu located on the time sheet toolbar. The icon looks like a set of gears. Note that this will also control the fields available on the Create Time Card popup window.
