Q: Why do my Outlook appointments show as “(Unspecified)” when they import into WorkSpace?

A: Because Outlook does not require a contact name when an appointment is created, and WorkSpace does, if you create an appointment in Outlook and do not put the contact’s name exactly as it is in the File As name in WorkSpace, it will be imported to (Unspecified). Once on the calendar, you can adjust it to the right contact by editing the appointment.
