Office Tools Professional is a contact driven software. We highly encourage offices to add ALL professional contacts into the database, not just billed “clients”. Its full Customer Relationship Management functionality is best used when all of your professional contacts are included, even vendors and prospects. Using the advanced options, located by clicking the magnifying glass icon to the left of the contacts search field allows you to filter by client, vendor, prospect, account manager and more. You will also find additional options such as advanced filters and display options. There are two views available, a List view (which is the most commonly used) that displays the full list of contacts, and a Detail view, which allows you to see specific details for the selected contact.
