Yes, using the Show on Calendar feature, you can display To-Do’s, Calls, and Notes on your staff schedule along side your Appointments. You can also choose to have these events show “As Reminders”, so they appear as all-day events (at the very top of the Week and Day views). To view these tasks on your calendar, go to the Schedule tab and click on the Schedule settings (two little gears next to day view on the tool bar) then select Show Events on Calendar.
