It is important to understand that any expense that has been tracked needs to be associated to a time card in Practice Management WorkSpace and any expense that needs to be billed to client must be associated to a billable time card in order to show up correctly on reports and in the WIP screen. New expense codes can be added by navigating to SETUP>BILLING>EXPENSE CODES.
