Office Tools Professional 2009 announces plans to introduce a new web based application

LANCASTER, CA – April 16, 2009 – North 40 Systems, which provides practice management software, seminars and full service technical solutions to small and medium-sized firms, announced today that it has plans to build a application integrated with Gmail. This new version allows accountants, CPAs and financial service professionals to access the potential and increase office productivity by making many features available on the web thru Gmail by early 2010.

With this new offering integration with Gmail, Gdocs including calendars will be available to all new and existing users. Office Tools Professional 2009 will continue to sell its windows based application while taking core features like time tracking and workflow and integrate them with the existing Gmail app. Users will be required to sign up with Gmail and purchase our app to take advantage of this new offering. Plans for data migrations are under discussion and should be announce late this year.
