Q: When using the Outlook Sync for emails, will the sync recognize alternate or dependent contacts’ email addresses for a given entity? Or does it just recognize the main contact’s email address?

A: Yes! If the contact’s email address exists in the proper field within the “More Contacts” section of the appropriate contact record in WorkSpace, any email received or sent to/from that email address will be imported into WorkSpace’s DMS.
