The Email button in My Company Information & Settings allows you to specify and setup the email provider you would like OfficeTools WorkSpace to use as it generates documents that need to be emailed. For help with this, please contact your I.T. department or you can call and talk to an OfficeTools technician who can give you appropriate advice on the settings needed to make this function.
