Q: When downloading a document from the Portal, it causes the program to crash. What is causing this?

A: This is most often caused by illegal characters in the file name. The best practice is to only name files with numbers and letters. Another issue is if the client’s connection was disrupted during the upload and the file is incomplete. In either case, the file will need to be uploaded again by your client.
