We encourage you to add your Firm name or something similar as a contact in the Contact List. This will allow staff to quickly access office specific information. More importantly it creates the ability to easily track administrative time to your office instead of to a client. Tip: Place brackets “(ABC Company)” around your company name, this will list it first in contact drop down menus facilitating quick access. You should always navigate Practice Management WorkSpace by searching and selecting the contact from the list and then moving through any information desired.
