Q: Why is the portal button disabled/grayed out?

A: First, your Client Portal may not have been set up. Please refer to the WorkSpace Portal Initial Setup user guide for more information. Second, confirm that the WorkSpace user has been set up to use the portal based on the instructions in the aforementioned user guide. And finally, it is possible that the user changed their Client Portal password. If the user cannot log in on the Client Portal website with the portal password stored in WorkSpace, reset the user’s password on the website using the Forgot Password link and store the new password in WorkSpace.
