When an override is performed on an invoice, Practice Management WorkSpace will ask “Do you want to apportion the time cards?”. PM WorkSpace’s best practice states you should answer “Yes”. This will reflect the changes that were made from the override performed, into any time cards that are being billed in this invoice so Company and Staff Utilization can be monitored. However this does not alter the original time entry.
