OVERVIEW
Hot Keys within OfficeTools WorkSpace are designed to be a quick way to navigate the software through use of keyboard shortcuts.
USER GUIDE
There are several Hot Key combinations available for accessing general features and functions. The full list is available under Hot Keys in your main menu.
While the majority of the Hot Keys’ functions are self explanatory, however there are a few functions which are not as obvious.
Contact Directory – Opens a list below the Contact Search field which filters to the search terms very quickly, but is only searchable by Contact Name
Contact Search – Shortcuts to the Contact Search field
Toggle Contact View – Toggles between the Contact List and the Contact Detail View
Open Current Tab on Startup – Sets the current tab as the tab which will display when WorkSpace starts up for the current user
