Q: If I enter a contact into Outlook, will it be imported into WorkSpace?
A: It can. It will depend on your settings within the Contact options of the Outlook Sync itself. However, it is not recommended that you allow Outlook to access your WorkSpace database. There is a large opportunity for duplication, accidental deletion, or adjusting of data in WorkSpace that could be negative. It is suggested that all data originate in WorkSpace.
